(a) At the close of the term of each circuit court, the clerk of the circuit court shall furnish to the clerk of the county court an official abstract of all fines, penalties, and forfeitures adjudged against defendants during the term of the circuit court. (b) The abstract shall contain the style of each case, the full name of the parties, and amount of each fine, and the penalty and forfeiture separately. Acts 1883, No. 114, § 219, p. 199; C. & M.
