Special terms

(a) The county judge of any county may hold a special term of the county court when the public good of the county demands it. (b) Before any special term of a county court shall be held, the county judge shall give a notice ten (10) days before the special term is held by posting ten (10) written or printed notices in ten (10) of the most public places in the county, including one (1) notice on the door of the office of the clerk of the county.
