Deposit of moneys into State Treasury

The Office of the State Geologist shall deposit all moneys received from the sale of its publications and from other sources into the State Treasury to the credit of the fund from which the office is operated, unless provisions shall have otherwise been made by law. Amended by Act 2023, No. 697,§ 6, eff. 7/1/2023. Acts 1963, No. 16, § 14; A.S.A. 1947, § 9-400.13.
