(a) The State of Arkansas shall pay the portion of the field and traveling expenses, including salaries, as agreed upon between the Office of the State Geologist, with approval of the Director of Production and Conservation, and the United States Geological Survey. (b) The full and complete results of the surveys shall be available for publication in the state reports. (c) The expense of the office work for the state reports shall be borne by the state.
