Port Priority Improvement Fund created

There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Port Priority Improvement Fund", to consist of the funds or other moneys that may be deposited therein as provided by the General Assembly, and to be used by the Arkansas Waterways Commission for the purpose of providing financial assistance to public port authorities in the manner provided in this subchapter and for development of port infrastructure, including the engineering and construction costs. Acts 2001, No. 1546, § 1.
