(a) The Adjutant General may, at his or her discretion and with such funds as may be appropriated by the General Assembly, establish a Bureau of War Records. (b) The bureau shall function in close connection with the Arkansas State Archives and shall gather items of military history of the Arkansas Militia for exhibition. (c) The Adjutant General may adopt such reasonable and necessary rules as may be necessary to accomplish this purpose. Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 926, eff. 7/24/2019.
