44-1220. Fraudulent insurance claim; classification A person who presents a false or fraudulent claim or proof in support of such claim, upon a contract of insurance for payment of any loss, or who prepares, makes or subscribes to an account, certificate of survey, affidavit or proof of loss, or other book, paper or writing, with intent to present or use it or allow it to be presented or used in support of such claim, is guilty of a class 5 felony.
