Injunction; Civil Penalty. (Amended by Act 2026-162)

AMENDED BY ACT 2026-162, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026. SEE ACT FOR REVISED LANGUAGE. (a) In addition to the criminal penalty prescribed by this chapter, the board may seek an injunction against any individual, entity, or establishment in violation of this chapter. (b) In an action for an injunction, the board may demand and recover a civil penalty of fifty dollars ($50) per day for each violation, reasonable attorney fees, and court costs.
