(a) Effective January 1, 2026, consumable hemp products distributed into or within the state and offered for sale and sold to consumers in this state shall be governed by this chapter. The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board shall administer and enforce this chapter and shall adopt rules as necessary to implement this chapter. (b) Any consumable hemp product distributed, sold, or offered for sale to consumers in this state in violation of this chapter shall be considered contraband and may be seized by the board or its agents or any law enforcement officer of the state without a warrant.
