Each container of a consumable hemp product must be labeled to include, at a minimum: (1) A list of all ingredients in descending order of predominance; (2) A scannable barcode or quick response code linked to the certificate of analysis; (3) The manufacture date and expiration date; (4) The batch number must correspond to the certificate of analysis; (5) The total number of milligrams of THCs found in the container; (6) The serving size; (7) The total number of milligrams of THCs per serving; and (8) The following warnings: a. To keep the product out of reach of children; b. That consumption of the product may cause the person to fail a drug test due to THC being present; c. That the product is not safe nor intended for any person under 21 years of age; d. That the product is not safe for any person who is pregnant or breastfeeding; and e. That the product may impair a person’s ability to drive and operate machinery.
