(a) An annual report shall contain: (i) The name and business address of each trustee and each member of a trustee board; (ii) The financial statements, but not the notes, required by W.S. 9-3-449(a)(viii); (iii) For defined benefit plans, the actuarial schedules, but not the notes, required by W.S. 9-3-449(a)(x); (iv) The schedules described in W.S. 9-3-449(a)(xiv) and (xv); (v) A brief description of and information about how to interpret the statements and schedules; (vi) Other material necessary to summarize fairly and accurately the annual disclosure of financial and actuarial status; and (vii) Notice of the availability of additional information pursuant to W.S. 9-3-445(b) and (c), 9-3-446(b) and (c) and 9-3-447.
