(a) The Wyoming council for women's issues is created within the department of workforce services. The council for women's issues shall focus attention on the status of women in Wyoming with emphasis on the following areas: (i) Employment practices; (ii) Educational opportunities; (iii) Home and community; (iv) Legal rights and responsibilities. (b) As used in this article, unless otherwise specified, "council" means the Wyoming council for women's issues.
