(a) The treasurer and auditor shall each: (i) Keep a seal of office, which shall be used to authenticate all writings, papers and documents certified by either officer; (ii) Have free access to each other's offices and to all other offices of the state to inspect books, accounts and papers pertaining to their duties; (iii) Have power to administer oaths and affirmations required by law in matters touching their duties; (iv) Balance their accounting records to verify that cash and investments, adjusted for outstanding warrants, reflect the amount due to each fund and account in the Wyoming uniform accounting system.
