(a) To the extent practicable and when not otherwise specifically provided, the provisions of the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure, the Wyoming Rules of Evidence and the Wyoming Code of Civil Procedure shall govern in criminal cases, relative to: (i) Compelling the attendance and testimony of witnesses; (ii) The examination of witnesses and the administering of oaths and affirmations; (iii) Proceedings for contempt; and (iv) Proceedings to enforce the remedies and protect the rights of parties.
