(a) As used in this article: (i) "Government" includes any branch, subdivision or agency of the state of Wyoming or any city, town, county, school district or special district within it; (ii) "Governmental function" includes any activity which a public servant is legally authorized to undertake on behalf of a government; (iii) "Harm" means loss, disadvantage or injury; (iv) "Pecuniary benefit" is benefit in the form of property; (A) Repealed by Laws 2015, ch. 82, § 2. (v) "Public officer" means a person who holds an office which is created or granted authority by the constitution or the legislature and who exercises a portion of the sovereign power of the state; (vi) "Public servant" means any public officer, employee of government, or any person participating, as juror, witness, advisor, consultant or otherwise, in performing a governmental function.
