(a) Nothing in W.S. 42-5-101 shall be interpreted to: (i) Interfere with a person's religious beliefs; (ii) In any way abridge the right to accept or refuse family planning and birth control services; (iii) Impose practices offensive to a person's moral standards; or (iv) Restrict self-determination in the procreation of children.
