If a person conducts, operates or maintains more than one (1) private ground ambulance service provider licensed by the department, the person shall pay the assessment for each private ground ambulance service provider separately. CHAPTER 12 -CITIZENS AND QUALIFIED ALIENS STATUS VERIFICATION
