(a) Not later than the tenth day after the date of receipt of the notice and copy of the complaint under W.S. 40-26-118(b), a respondent may file an answer to the complaint. An answer shall be in writing, under oath, and in the form prescribed by the enforcing authority. (b) An answer may be amended at any time. An answer does not inhibit the investigation of a complaint.
