This act does not apply to misappropriation occurring prior to July 1, 2006. With respect to a continuing misappropriation that began prior to July 1, 2006, the act does not apply to the continuing misappropriation that occurs after July 1, 2006. CHAPTER 25 - COMPUTER TRESPASS
