(a) For purposes of this part, a consumer loan includes a loan secured primarily by an interest in land as defined by W.S. 40-14-304(c). (b) Repealed by Laws 1982, ch. 61, § 2. (c) Repealed by Laws 1982, ch. 61, § 2. (d) Repealed By Laws 2013, Ch. 124, § 3. (e) Disclosure and advertising of consumer credit shall be made pursuant to the federal Consumer Credit Protection Act.
