(a) Any person engaged in the activity or business of applying pesticides utilizing any type of aircraft shall register each aircraft annually with the Wyoming department of agriculture, on a printed form provided by the department. The registration shall include the following: (i) Manufacturer, model and type of aircraft; (ii) Identification number assigned to the aircraft; (iii) Owner of the aircraft; and (iv) User of the aircraft if different from the owner. (b) The fee authorized by W.S. 11-1-104 shall be charged to each person registering aircraft. Aircraft shall be registered on or before April 1 of each year.
