Penalties; sanctions

(a)  Any person who intentionally or knowingly violates this article shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than five (5) years, a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), or both.
(b)  A violation of this article constitutes unprofessional conduct and shall result in the mandatory revocation of the person's professional license by the appropriate licensing board in this state.
