(a) Nothing in this act shall interfere with the rights of a person legally authorized to make health care decisions for a patient. (b) Nothing in this act shall create a private right of action against a hospital, hospital employee or a duly authorized agent of a hospital, or otherwise supersede or replace rights or remedies available under any other law.
