(a) A custodian acting in the capacity of custodian has all the rights, powers and authority over custodial property that unmarried adult owners have over their own property, but a custodian may exercise any of the rights, powers and authority over custodial property only in the capacity of custodian and not otherwise. (b) This section does not relieve a custodian from liability for breach of the provisions of W.S. 34-13-125.
