(a) The board shall license as a physical therapist or certify as a physical therapist assistant without examination an applicant who: (i) Submits a complete application for licensure or certification by endorsement including payment of all applicable fees; (ii) Provides verification that the applicant is licensed or registered without restriction as a physical therapist or licensed, registered or certified without restriction as a physical therapist assistant by another jurisdiction; (iii) Demonstrates that the requirements for license, registration or certification in the other jurisdiction were, at the date of licensure or registration, substantially equal to the requirements for licensing or certification in this act; (iv) Has not had any professional discipline and is not subject to any investigation or pending disciplinary action in any other jurisdiction; (v) Meets with the board or a subcommittee of the board if requested.
