(a) A cremation container shall meet substantially all of the following standards: (i) Be composed of readily combustible materials suitable for cremation; (ii) Be able to be closed in order to provide a complete covering for the human remains; (iii) Be resistant to leakage and spillage; (iv) Be rigid enough for handling with ease; and (v) Provide protection for the health, safety, and integrity of crematory personnel and the cremation facility.
