(a) The governing body of any health maintenance organization may include providers, or other individuals, or both. (b) Repealed by Laws 1995, ch. 210, § 5. (c) Any domestic health maintenance organization shall comply with the requirements applicable to a domestic insurer in W.S. 26-24-129 and shall be subject to the penalties provided in W.S. 26-24-129.
