Name; power to sue or be sued

(a)  A reciprocal insurer shall:
(i)  Have and use a business name, which shall include the word "reciprocal", "interinsurer", "interinsurance", "exchange", "underwriters", "underwriting" or "association";
(ii)  Sue and be sued in its own name.
