(a) No life insurance policy, other than group and pure endowments with or without return of premiums or of premiums and interest, shall be delivered or issued for delivery in this state unless it contains provisions conforming in substance to each of the applicable provisions specified in W.S. 26-16-103 through 26-16-114. This section does not apply to annuity contracts nor to any provisions of a life insurance policy, or contract supplemental thereto, relating to disability benefits or to additional benefits in case of death by accident or accidental means. (b) Any of the provisions or portions thereof not applicable to single premium or term policies, to that extent, shall not be incorporated in the policy.
