(a) The commissioner shall make or may approve and adopt reasonable rules and regulations, consistent with this chapter, for any of the following purposes: (i) Carrying out of this chapter; (ii) Establishment of procedures through which eligibility of particular proposed coverages for export is determined; and (iii) Establishment, procedures and operations of any voluntary organization of brokers or others designed to assist those brokers to comply with this chapter. (b) The rules and regulations are subject to the procedures and carry the penalty provided by W.S. 26-2-110.
