(a) A voluntary client may be discharged by the administrator at any time within twenty (20) days of receipt of a written request for the release by the client, his parent or guardian, and the administrator shall arrange for appropriate transition services, except: (i) If the client was admitted on his own application and the request for discharge is made by a person other than the client, release shall be conditioned upon the client's consent; (ii) If the client is a minor or ward, his discharge shall be conditioned upon the consent of his parent or guardian; (iii) If the administrator has probable cause to believe release of the client will endanger the life, health or safety of the client or others and he incorporates a written statement of the facts supporting his belief in the client's file, he may apply for involuntary admission pursuant to W.S.
