(a) An abduction prevention order remains in effect until the earliest of: (i) The time stated in the order; (ii) The emancipation of the child; (iii) The child's attaining eighteen (18) years of age; (iv) The time the order is modified, revoked, vacated or superseded by a court with jurisdiction under W.S. 20-5-301 through 20-5-303.
