(a) As used in this article: (i) "Account" means the state water pollution control revolving loan account created by W.S. 16-1-202; (ii) "Board" means the state loan and investment board; (iii) "Capitalization grant" means the federal grant made to Wyoming by the federal environmental protection agency for the purpose of establishing a state water pollution control revolving loan account; (iv) "Corrective action" means as defined by W.S. 35-11-1415(a)(i); (v) "Corrective action account" means as defined by W.S. 35-11-1415(a)(ii); (vi) "Department" means the department of environmental quality; (vii) "Nonpoint source" means any source of pollution other than a point source as defined by W.S. 35-11-103(a)(x) and includes leaking underground storage tanks and aboveground storage tanks; (viii) "Title VI" means Title VI of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, 33 U.S.C. §§ 1381 to 1387 as amended; (ix) "Underground storage tank" means as defined by W.S. 35-11-1415(a)(ix); (x) Repealed by Laws 2019, ch. 186, § 2. (xi) "Aboveground storage tank" means as defined by W.S. 35-11-1415(a)(xi).
