(a) This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Children In Need of Supervision Act." (b) If a child alleged of being in need of supervision under this act is an Indian child as defined by W.S. 14-6- 702(a)(iv), the court and all parties shall comply with the Wyoming Indian Child Welfare Act. If any provision of this act conflicts with the Wyoming Indian Child Welfare Act for addressing an allegation of a child being in need of supervision, the Wyoming Indian Child Welfare Act shall control.
