The use of any labeling, advertising or promotional material which falsely claims that a commodity or any product is certified or approved by the Wyoming department of agriculture is prohibited. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor. CHAPTER 44 - FARM AND RANCH OPERATIONS
