Neutralizing tuberculosis test

(1) No person
shall use or cause to be used tuberculin or any other agent upon
cattle or farm-raised deer, by injection or otherwise, for the purpose of preventing a proper reaction when a tuberculin test is
made.
(2) No person shall at any time or in any manner apply tuberculin to any animal except for the purpose of applying a tuberculin test. The result of every such test shall be reported to the
department.
