Tubercular animals that do not react

Whenever
in the opinion of the department a bovine or farm-raised deer is
afflicted with tuberculosis, although failing to react to the tubercular test, such animal shall be condemned and the appraisal and
all subsequent procedure shall be the same as in the case of
reactors.
