Wisconsin Code § 945.10

Prizes forfeited

Anything of value received by any
person as a prize in any lottery conducted in violation of this
chapter shall be forfeited to the state and may be recovered in any
proper action brought by the attorney general or any district attorney in the name and on behalf of the state.
