(1) FIRST-DEGREE RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING SAFETY. Whoever recklessly endangers another’s safety under circumstances which show utter disregard for human life is guilty of a Class F felony. (2) SECOND-DEGREE RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING SAFETY. Whoever recklessly endangers another’s safety is guilty of a Class G felony.
