After the deadline for filing a claim against the estate
under s. 859.01, any person interested in the estate may make a
written request to the personal representative or special administrator for a statement listing all claims that have been filed against

the estate. The statement shall show each claim, the name of the
claimant, a brief description of the basis of the claim and the
amount claimed. Within 5 days after receipt of the request, the
personal representative shall mail or deliver a copy of the statement to the requester, including any guardian of the estate,
guardian ad litem or attorney, or attorney-in-fact, for a person in
the military service. Failure of the personal representative or special administrator to comply with this section does not affect the
jurisdiction of the court as to persons interested.
