The jurisdiction of a proceeding for administration of a decedent’s estate is as follows: (1) If the decedent was domiciled in this state, in the county in this state where the decedent was domiciled at the time of the decedent’s death. (2) If the decedent had no domicile in this state, in any county in this state where property of the decedent is located, and the court which first exercises jurisdiction under this subsection has exclusive jurisdiction.
