Wisconsin Code § 786.12

Wards; acquisition or other disposal of real estate

Under this chapter, the court in which a guardian has
been appointed for a minor or an individual adjudicated incompetent may, in addition to the provisions of this chapter, make any
disposition of the real estate of the ward or authorize the purchase
in the name of the ward of any real estate in this state if the court
determines that the proposed disposition or purchase will substantially promote the interests of the ward.
