Wisconsin Code § 767.36

Copies of judgment to parties

At the time of filing a judgment for an annulment, divorce, or legal separation, the
clerk shall mail a copy of the judgment promptly to each party to
the action at the last-known address, and the mailing shall be
shown in the court record.
