Wisconsin Code § 75.48

Effect of judgment

If a judgment shall be rendered
either for want of an answer or upon the trial of an issue of law or
fact in favor of the county and against the defendants claiming
such lands or against a defendant or defendants claiming any separate parcel or parcels thereof, such judgment shall forever bar
such defendants and all others claiming under them, after the filing of a notice of the pendency of such action as provided by law,
from all right, title or interest in said lands or in such separate parcel or parcels thereof.
