Wisconsin Code § 75.375

Waste on lands subject to a tax certificate; penalty

Any person who shall willfully, maliciously or wantonly injure, destroy or commit waste upon any lands, tenements,
or anything appertaining thereto which has been included in a tax
certificate for the nonpayment of taxes while such taxes remain
unpaid may be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more
than 90 days or both.
