Subject to ss. 702.204 and 702.205, and unless the terms of the instrument creating a power of appointment manifest a contrary intent, a power of appointment is all of the following: (1) A presently exercisable power of appointment. (2) An exclusionary power of appointment. (3) A general power of appointment.
