Transferability of future interests
Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
A future interest is transferable during the lifetime of the owner and passes
on the owner’s death by will or under the law of intestate succession in the same manner as a present interest; but this section
does not make an interest transferable if a valid condition or limitation restricts transfer, nor permit an interest to pass at death if
the interest ends at death.
