Wisconsin Code § 69.60

Taxes and bonds

The clerk of each town, city, and
village shall annually, at the time required by law to deliver the
tax roll to the town, city, or village treasurer, make and transmit to
the county treasurer, on forms furnished by the department of
revenue, a statement showing the total amount of all taxes levied
by the town, city, or village for the current year.
