Review of orders creating town sanitary districts

Any person aggrieved by any act of the town board or the
department of natural resources in establishing a town sanitary
district may bring an action in the circuit court of the county in
which his or her lands are located, to set aside the final determination of the town board or the department of natural resources,
within 90 days after the final determination, as provided under s.
893.73 (2). If no action is taken within the 90-day period, the determination by the town board or the department of natural resources is final.
