Wisconsin Code § 480.26

Penalties

(1) Any person who violates this chapter
or any rule promulgated under this chapter may be fined not more
than $1,000 or imprisoned for not more than 6 months or both.
(2) In addition to or in lieu of the penalties under sub. (1) and
the remedies under s. 480.24, any person who violates this chapter or any rule promulgated under this chapter may be required to
forfeit not more than $1,000 for each separate offense. Each day
of continued violation constitutes a separate offense.
